Flui is AGPL v3 and every capability is in the free version — there is no feature behind a paywall and there is not going to be. What the paid plans sell is the thing an open licence cannot give you: a person who is responsible when your installation does not come back up.

Managed does not take ownership of anything. Your cluster stays on your account, on your machines, under your credentials, on every plan.

Flui is in alpha and Managed is not self-serve. We take on a limited number of supported installations at a time, so both plans start with a conversation rather than a checkout.

What we can see, and who decides.

This is the question a support plan has to answer honestly, because the rest of this site spends its time promising that Flui does not hold your infrastructure. Paying us does not change that.

Nothing by default

Flui holds no standing access to your installation. Not on Free, not on a paid plan. There is no fleet manager on our side, no mirror of your cluster, no key that opens your machines.

You grant it, for the work

When you want help inside your installation, you grant it — scoped to what the work needs, on your terms, from your side of the boundary.

And you take it back

A grant is revocable, and revoking it is an ordinary operation you perform, not a request you file with us. Support ends up looking like everything else in Flui: explicit, visible, reversible.

Where this actually stands.

Free ships today: app.flui.cloud builds a cluster on your own cloud account in about seven minutes, and you can have one running before you finish reading this page. The two paid plans are real offers rather than a waiting list — but they start with a conversation, because while Flui is in alpha the response and assurance boundaries are agreed with you rather than published as a contract nobody has tested yet.
